Kevin’s 30+ years in the Restaurant, Hospitality and Management Industry has allowed him to successfully fulfill a lifelong goal of owning and operating a Restaurant of his own; Malones of Manassas.
A native of Manassas, and graduate of Osborn High School, Kevin knew that when the time came to create his own dining experience it would be back in his home town of Manassas. He’d add a contemporary twist to all his client’s favorite dishes and libations in a setting that was as unique and conversational as his menu.
Kevin’s management experiences include negotiating the waters in both the private and corporate sectors of the Restaurant Industry. Establishments include Ruby Tuesday, Friday’s, Capitol Grill & the Oval Room. These management opportunities allowed Kevin to live around the country in both enviable destinations, like Hawaii and the more ordinary, such as Michigan. The outcome of his many relocation’s is a broad appreciation of the various tastes and flavors he experienced around the country. He knew it was time to wrangle all these recipes together and build a menu of his own.
Kevin attended Iowa State University where he pursued a degree in Engineering. His outside interests include web site development and design, National Politics and engineering design. He is proud to support Capital Hospice, CASA and the Humane Society in his communities. When not at work Kevin enjoys the company of his family and four dogs in Haymarket, VA.
